As an Independent Contract 1099 recruiter with VMS you will receive leads, a company email address, and exceptional flexibility to work at your pace, full or part time remotely from home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize Google Sheets and CRM to track and manage recruiting process
  • Call provided candidate leads to evaluate potential and discuss the roles
  • Send onboarding instructions to qualified candidates via email through our CRM
  • Follow up on interested candidates via phone, text & email
  • Attend training webinars and utilize provided training materials for success
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Must be positive, outgoing, and articulate
  • Must provide own laptop/desktop, phone, quiet workspace, and a stable internet connection
  • Must be US-based
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • 10% Lifetime Monthly Residual Income (Avg: $10 – $200+ Monthly Per Account)
  • $50 One-Time Commission Per Sales Agent Recruited and Onboarded (Paid on Friday)
  • $100 One-Time Commission Per Sale Made By Each Of Your Sales Agents (Paid on Friday)
  • Monthly & Annual Performance Bonuses
  • No Cost Or Investment Of Any Kind
***This is a 1099 commission based role with lifetime residual income for the lifetime of the merchant account.
