Director of Operations - Greater Greensboro, NC
We are seeking a Director of Operations for our client in the greater Greensboro, NC area. As the Director of Operations, you will transform and lead our client's manufacturing operations to its next level. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge manufacturing processes, implement technology, and drive efficiencies and growth. Our ideal candidate is a visionary with a minimum of ten years proven experience of effectively and efficiently overseeing a production environment with innovation, integrity, and excellence resulting in improved, productivity, and company success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing schedules for maximum efficiency and meeting customer demands
- Management of resources including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Improving and implementing cutting-edge quality control process methods
- Analyzing costs and identifying savings for improved operational spending
- Maintaining the highest standards for workplace safety and regulation adherence
- Monitoring and utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance operations efficiency
- Leading, developing, inspiring, and coaching the Team to achieve operational excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of ten years experience in manufacturing operations leadership
- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the Teams, Management, and Vendors
- The ability to positively inspire teams and drive results
- The ability to organize and lead complex initiatives from implementation through completion
- The ability to accurately assess performance, overcome challenges, and implement positively effective solutions
- The ability to manage financial budgets, operational costs, and improve upon inefficiencies
- The ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical operations is preferred
